Swami Nishchalananda Saraswati

Swami Nishchalananda Saraswati, also known as Swamiji, is a renowned yoga teacher and spiritual leader who has dedicated his life to the study and practice of yoga. He is the founder and spiritual head of the Mandala Yoga Ashram in Wales, England, a center for traditional yoga teachings and spiritual growth.

Born in England, Swamiji developed an early interest in yoga and spirituality. He traveled to India to further his studies, immersing himself in the study and practice of various forms of yoga and tantra. Under the guidance of his guru, Swami Satyananda, he spent many years in India gaining a deep understanding of the ancient wisdom and practices of yoga.

Swami Satyananda, was a spiritual master and founder of the International Yoga Fellowship and the Bihar School of Yoga. Under his guidance, Swamiji was initiated into the ancient tantric practices and was trained in the traditional teachings of yoga. He also learned about the underlying philosophy and psychology of yoga, which he has been able to integrate into his teachings.

After years of study and practice, Swamiji returned to the UK and established the Mandala Yoga Ashram. The Ashram offers a range of yoga classes and workshops, as well as retreats and teacher training programs. The teachings at the Ashram are based on the traditional practices of yoga and tantra, and are designed to help individuals on their journey towards spiritual growth and self-realization.
