One Small Step to a Better Life – Breath!

Yoga has helped me in significant ways over the last almost 20 years. It has brought me more meaning and allowed me to live my life with more ease, and more able to handle life’s challenges gracefully. I find time away from distractions is beneficial. Looking after my body and mind.

Why not try sitting for a few minutes each day, just close the eyes and watch the breath. Just be with yourself and be okay with what ever the experience arises as you watch the breath. Even 1 minute can help.

The magic happens if you can become regular with the practice. You will see beneficial changes, but only if you can become regular.
