Yoga For Men – Wednesday

Calling all men! Join us for a yoga class tailored for men on Tuesday. Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for a while, this class is a great opportunity to connect with other men and improve your physical and mental well-being. Yoga can help to improve flexibility, strength, balance, and cardiovascular health. It can also help reduce stress and tension through mindful breathing, meditation and relaxation. We will be practicing a combination of poses and breathing exercises that will be adapted to suit your needs. All you need is comfortable clothing and a mat. See you on Tuesday!
