Out of all the books I have read these are the best, in the end I decided on 3 groups of books. Those that deal with yoga in it’s widest an deepest sense, the practicing of yoga and inspirational/spiritual books. I’m sure if I was to ask the other 18 yoga teachers I trained with, they would all come up their own equally good list of books for each group. These have formed part of my evolving understanding of being, living and yoga and as such are useful especially if your a student and want to be able to discuss the issues and topics they deal with.
