Registration & Preparation

Please ensure you are prepared for a class as follows;

  • Wear lose comfortable clothing
  • Have an extra layer for relaxation at the end of the class (core temperature will drop a little)
  • Bring a yoga mat with you (important, keep body parts in contact with the ground warm and off the floor, and for stability in standing postures)
  • Try to have a gap between eating and the time the class starts, an hour or longer depending on size of the meal
  • If you need props, such as blocks and straps please do bring them with you

The class registration form is available as a printed copy upon request, or as a download that can either be printed or edited (If editing please put your full name where signature would go). Each version below is the same, but is saved in a different format.
