Where?

Join me for a relaxing and calming yoga class on Tuesday evenings at St. Mary’s Parish Hall in Nantwich, Cheshire. We’ll focus on deep relaxation, stretching, exploring the body, breath and mind to help improve your well-being.

When?

Classes take place Tuesday between 7pm and 8:30pm, please arrive between 6:35pm and 6:55pm.

Please bring a mat and any other props you need, or reserve a loan mat in advance (I need to know to bring it).

Directions

The venue is located off Hospital Street and can be found using the post code CW5 5RQ for the car park (free after 6pm). Entrance is through the front door, which will be unlocked, take the door on the left as you come in, walk upstairs. First door right in front of you, also next to the new lift.

£8 cash or £8.15 for card payments (chip+pin, contactless, Samsung Pay, and Apple Pay).
