Are you new to yoga and not sure if it’s for you?, or maybe would you like to gain a rounded appreciation of what yoga really is about? Introduction to Hatha yoga, meditation, and, relaxation. Suitable to those new to yoga or those more experienced.

This free workshop introduces you to various facets and tools from yoga. During the workshop you will be shown how yoga is relevant to you, and how it can be used in daily life so that you have options (if you so wish) to apply yoga on a personal level

Yoga for stress and general health

PLACES LIMITED – NEARLY FULLY BOOKED – Consider the “Empowered Yoga” listed below.

Set of classes for those who would like to explore yoga for the first time, or learn techniques they can use to reduce stress and improve health. To explore the stress reduction and health aspects fully, students should try to attend all sessions, increasing long-term success with the techniques taught.

Designed as a set of 90 minute classes at 19:00 on selected Thursday evenings. Space in-between sessions is deliberate to give you time to become familiar with material and be able to ask questions and receive support on subsequent sessions.

Would you like your own yoga practice? or want a better idea of what it would entail?
A series of workshops where you are guided to create your own personal practice. Each workshop introduces new material. Ideally you will commit to all dates (or as many as you can).
